1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OJT Tracker, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the application.

2. Description of Service

OJT Tracker is a student-developed web application designed to help users record and monitor their On-the-Job Training (OJT) progress, including attendance logs, hours rendered, and related information.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep login credentials secure
Use the application only for intended academic purposes
Not attempt to hack, abuse, or disrupt the system

4. Account Usage

Each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing accounts or accessing another user’s data without permission is not allowed.

5. Data & Storage

All user data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore. While security measures are implemented, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or misuse of the application. This system is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.

7. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination

User access may be terminated if there is misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Educational Purpose

OJT Tracker is a student project developed for academic purposes only and is not affiliated with any institution or organization.
